Client policies
New clients pay before their first session. Returning clients pay at the time of each session, and a 30-day grace period or monthly billing is available. Remedies ship once payment is received.
Please give 24 hours notice. Your first same-day cancellation is free if you reschedule. Later late cancellations have a fee.
Yes, many clients pay with an HSA card.
All fees are reviewed once a year and may be adjusted.
